If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and refund process to make your experience with us as smooth as possible. 1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for unworn and unused items in new condition within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition (including packaging and tags).
  • The item must be returned with all original packaging, including the shoe box, dust bags, and any included accessories.
  • The receipt or order number must be provided as proof of purchase.

Please note: If the shoes have been worn or damaged, they may not be eligible for return.


2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: After receiving your request, we will send you a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. Please do not send items back without receiving this number.
  3. Pack the Item: Carefully repackage the shoes in their original box, ensuring that all items (such as tags and packaging) are included.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect, error in processing, or damaged goods.
  • Free Return Shipping: If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong size, defect), we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Please note:

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or damaged items.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in processing a return and provide a prepaid return label. Once we receive the returned damaged or defective item, we will:

  • Exchange the item for the same product (if available), or
  • Refund your purchase in full.

Please keep all packaging material and damaged goods until the return is processed.


7. Sale or Discounted Items

Items purchased during a sale or with a discount are eligible for return as long as they meet the return eligibility criteria. However, final sale items (e.g., clearance or deeply discounted products) are not eligible for return.


8. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return process to return the item.
